GenderARC Consulting
What’s possible when leadership teams and workplace cultures are more integrated with a healthier level of gender balance? We partner with leadership teams and intact teams to lead to better strategies and solutions.  Our consulting approach encompasses assessments (culture, gender-balance, team, and/or individual), vision and strategy development, customized program design and delivery, communications and promotional strategies, train the trainer experiences, and program evaluation and measurement.

GenderARC Speaking Engagements & Presentations
GenderARC provides organizations looking for a provocative and thought-provoking presentation on the shifting gender roles and rules in society and the workplace with highly engaging and dynamic speakers.  We also offer a unique mixed gender co-facilitated keynote to speak to nuances of gender balance while modeling healthy interactions.

Creating Safe Space for Transformative Gender Conversations
Sometimes it’s hard to know where to start with challenging conversations around gender. GenderARC provides leaders at all levels with the tools (training, coaching, and consulting) for leading and facilitating honest and transparent conversations around gender for their teams and organizations. This is a customized offering that can be delivered in 90-minute to half-day workshops, one-on-one leader coaching, or team consulting engagements.

Gender Equity & Healthy Leadership Think Tanks
We offer a think tank experience to bring men and women together to explore and define what we mean by gender equity and how greater gender equity in the workplace creates successful leadership practices. We engage leadership teams in an inquiry to open up conversations to explore more deeply how healthy masculine and healthy feminine leadership can have a bigger impact on business results. This is a customized offering that can be delivered from 90 minute to a half-day session.

GenderARC Facilitator Train the Trainer
In this intensive program we will teach our methodology framework and approach to creating healthy and safe connections for leaders and teams across sectors. This is a capacity building program is designed for experienced internal and external facilitators, leadership, learning, and organizational development consultants, executive and performance coaches, wellness and wellbeing coaches and facilitators, diversity and inclusion specialists, and HR professionals. The Train the Trainer program is offered as a 2-day session. 

GenderARC Bridge Building Retreats
We offer the GenderARC retreat for those seeking a deeper experience where leaders and teams to explore gender dynamics. There is no “cookie-cutter” solution to a great company leadership or team retreat. Retreats are an important investment of your time and resources. GenderARC retreats give teams clarity around barriers to better gender balance and energizes them to take collective action.  Your team can better meet gender diversity goals through a deeper understanding of their own leadership style, true gender equity as it relates to your work culture and what gaps needs to be addressed. This is a customized offering that can be delivered from one (1) to three (3) days or in the form of a mini half-day retreat as part of a larger corporate training or conference.

GenderARC Bridge Building Workshops
Our cornerstone program that brings men and women together into a new dialogue for communicating, connecting, and collaborating differently in the workplace. These sessions are often designed for both mixed and single gendered conversations to more intentionally bring men and women together in new ways. This is a customized offering that can be delivered from 90 minute to full-day sessions.

Examining Gender Dynamics Through the Enneagram Lens
The Enneagram is a deeper level self-awareness assessment based on motivations versus behaviors that looks at the essence of the individual.  The Enneagram is a powerful tool designed to expand individual self-awareness and enhance team and group dynamics.  Taking a step further, the Enneagram can deepen understanding and support bridge building across difference.  The Enneagram can highlight unconscious gender and power dynamics that might be at play on team. Participants will be invited to complete the Enneagram prior to the session along with a one-on-one coaching session (up to 45 minutes) to debrief the results. Individual reports will be provided for each attendee and team reports will be provided during team Enneagram sessions. This is a customized offering that can be delivered from 2 hours to a full-day session. Multiple days retreats using the Enneagram are also available.

Gender EQ Workshops for Leaders
The gender roles and rules are shifting dramatically in the world and in organizational settings. We provide a primer for leaders to explore together the shifting conversations and realities around gender in the workplace. We support leaders in examining emerging trends and realities around gender dynamics among leaders, within teams, and throughout the culture of the organization. This program is designed to help leaders develop the skills essential to leading diverse teams and address gender gaps in the workplace. This is a customized offering that can be delivered from a half-day to a full-day session. 90-minute primer experiences are available to introduce basic concepts of Gender EQ.

Gender EQ Workshops for Men
The Gender EQ experience provides men with a workshop where men in the company of men can discuss the shifting gender rules and roles. This allows for open and honest conversation among men with other men on sensitive topics around gender. We include in the discussion men’s relationship with masculinity, men’s relationship to self and others across gender, gender gap and diversity challenges, and men’s overall health and wellbeing. We also look at how men can support each other in navigating these shifts while also creating a bridge across gender to create a new dialogue that is supportive of all in the workplace in new ways. Ultimately, we bring men into a new conversation to examine assumptions and realities of the relationships across gender in the workplace and create a new dialogue for moving forward. This is a customized offering that can be delivered from 90 minute to a half-day session.

Gender EQ Workshops for Women
This workshop experience is focused on women in the company of women where there can be transparent conversation about the shifting gender rules and roles. We include in the discussion ways to address the inner voice, how personal trauma can impact gender EQ, diversity challenges, ageism, and women’s health and wellbeing in the context of gender equity in the workplace. We discuss how women can support each other in more meaningful ways to navigating these shifts while also creating a connection across gender for a new dialogue that is supportive of everyone in the workplace. This is a customized offering that can be delivered from 90 minute to a half-day session.

Healthy Mentorship and Advocacy Across Gender
Mentorship is key to career growth, but it is often not provided effectively across gender. We provide a new way to look at mentorship through a healthy gender-balanced lens. In this era of changing gender dynamics, we help men and women learn impactful ways to approach mentorship, how a new conversation can be created, and meaningful ways to deepen relationships across gender. With greater gender equity at the all levels of an organization, we look at how men can mentor and support women in their growth and development. We also support women in mentoring men around how to be effective mentors to women. This is a customized offering that can be delivered from a half-day to full-day session. 90-minute primer experiences are available to introduce basic concepts of Gender EQ.
