Sean Harvey and Mim Senft joined forces seeing the need to take the conversations in men’s work and women’s empowerment work to a new, integrated level to create healthier connections across gender.

Sean Harvey, MSOD, MSEd – Sean is the Founder of Sympónia Studios and The Compassionate Masculinity Project. He brings over 20 years of experience in talent and organizational development consulting combined with a decade of college teaching experience at Cornell, NYU and Baruch College CUNY in the areas of organizational behavior and change. Sean is contributing as a writer, speaker, and consultant to a new narrative around creating a healthier gender balance as a lever to transform people, cultures, and systems.   He works specifically with men to find their authentic voice, connect more deeply with themselves and the world, and live a life of purpose. Sean was the head of Purpose and Personal Transformation for Eileen Fisher and was the VP of Talent Consulting for Partners International, where he launched a Socially Conscious Leadership program for emerging leaders on Wall Street.

Mim Senft, CWWS, AAI, GBA – Mim is the Founder and CEO of Motivity Partnerships, Inc. and a co-Founder of Global Women 4 Wellbeing (GW4W). Mim Senft has over 20 years of corporate experience in project management, benefits design and wellness program strategy and implementation and has worked with over 70 organizations in diverse industries including finance, law, fashion, education, insurance and healthcare. Mim is a member of the National Wellness Institute and has served on the Board of Directors. She is a member of The Global Wellness Institute’s Future of Well Work Initiative, The American Sustainable Business Council, International Economic Development Council and OCCC.
